Fees for services will be outlined in your letter of engagement. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

All reports, strategies, and materials prepared by Ginashe Consulting for your use remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use these materials for your internal business purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
